Directions: Add 2 scoops into shaker bottle then dissolve with 250 ml. of water. (The amount of water can be adjusted as needed.) It is recommended to use shaker bottle and cold water for best result. Should be intake immediately after shake.

At first, I am anxiety,It will have sand texture. Because,when I try to drink high protein milk or whey protein. It's always have a bad texture. But your brand protein's smell is very good. Easy to drink. I don't feel a sand textue like other brands. Like a I drink real strawberry milk! After drink I feel so fresh and feel have mor energy to workout.
