Researchers from Loma Linda University in the U.S. found that vegetarians and vegans live around 7 years longer than others and live longer than meat-eaters, on average, 15 years. It shows that vegetarian and vegan males live longer than males who are meat-eaters, on average, 10 years. For females, vegetarian and vegan foods help them live 6 years longer.
